Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains how Docuity Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Los Angeles, California ("Docuity," "we," "us"), collects and uses personal information through docuity.ai and our beta program. It does not cover documents you or your organization load into the Docuity platform. That content is governed by the agreement between Docuity and your organization.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you apply for the beta or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, role, project type, project phase, and anything you choose to write in your message.
  • Email correspondence. If you write to us or reply to our messages, we keep that correspondence.
  • Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts and page scripts may receive your IP address, browser type and similar technical details when you load a page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on docuity.ai.

How we use it

  • To review your beta application, reply to you, and set up a conversation about the beta.
  • To run, secure and improve our website and beta program.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We use AI tools to help draft replies to beta applications. A person reviews every reply before it is sent.

Service providers we use

We share personal information only with providers that help us operate, under terms that limit their use of it to the services they provide to us. These include our website host, our email provider, our spreadsheet and workflow tools for tracking applications, and our AI provider for drafting replies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep beta application information for as long as we need it to evaluate and run the beta, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. If you are a California resident, you may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. To make a request, email privacy@docuity.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. docuity.ai does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, so we do not respond to these signals differently.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

docuity.ai is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
